The Badger Welder is the portable cordless wire-feed welder built for the ones who keep things running. From off-road recoveries to farm repairs and jobsite demands, it delivers welding power wherever the work shows up.
120 Volt AC Charger
The F22 & M22 portable welders each include a standard 120VAC 4-Stage Smart Charger. Optional inverters can be added for charging from your vehicles.
American-Made Hard Case
Built using an IP67 rated American-made rugged hard case. Our portable welders are just 16" long and weigh less than 50 lbs. easily fitting in your 4x4 or tool box.

American Engineered Durability
Internal housing manufactured from 14 gauge powder-coated steel for durability and longevity. Ready to weld in less than a minute with the batteries and wire-feed MIG gun all in one case. No need for any external power source!
Cold Tip Welding Torch
Up to 18 minutes of trigger time and as much as 60" of weld before recharging. At full power, our welders run at 24 volts DC, 150 Amp MIG & Flux-core welding. It can take on materials 16 gauge to 1/2" thick steel. Additionally, a cold tip design prevents unintended arching before you pull the trigger.
External Power Port
Connect to external batteries to extend your weld time. (Not needed to begin welding)
Control Center
The M22 Badger Welder can be user-reconfigured between flux-core DCEN and MIG DCEP with shielding gas, including reversible polarity. For MIG welding, it can use standard Argon/ CO2 welding gas, or 100% CO2.
Welding Wire
All welders include a pre-installed and tested 2 lb. spool of 0.030 Flux-Core wire.

Who We Are
We are Badger Welder. We are designers, engineers, steel fabricators, machinists, and more. From design and manufacturing products for every industry to consumer products and even large-scale machinery, we can do it all.
When we’re not at work we drive Jeeps and side-by-sides, ride motorcycles and tractors, fly airplanes, build cars, and hunt. We play in the desert, the sky, the woods, and an occasional demo-derby track. We break stuff. Due to the remote nature of some of our hobbies and the high cost of recovery services, the need for an off-grid portable welder was born.
We have designed, built and tested off-grid welding solutions to fit almost every need. From off-road trails to heavy construction equipment and beyond, we are focused on providing quality weld strength no matter the location or repair need.
